On Thursday, October 16, Heywood Avenue School showed our support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month by hosting a Pink Out Day! Students and staff came together dressed in pink to raise awareness and show compassion for those affected by breast cancer.
Thanks to the generosity of our school community, we raised $200.00, which has been donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation to help support continued research and hope for a cure.
